Pete, Penn is definitely not a football power. And, this year, not much in basketball, either. I had forgotten about Woodson. Mea culpa.

FYI - Charles Woodson was a defensive standout, but at Michigan he also played offense and on special teams. Other than defense, his specialties included kick returns and typically a couple of plays a game at wide receiver. (I believe that he also scored 3 or 4 TDs at the wide receiver position.)

In short, I'm bitching that a defensive player has still never won the Heisman in the modern era. Small <g>
