Time to substitute, CSCO $40 to $50 is 25% GAIN, instead of slower INSP. I will check out MRCY however, but I still love PALM, thinks its a quadruple ($30 to $120). Hey, I bet the Bank of AMerica scare over the California utilities verging on bankruptcy makes many consider what I have always held true, that safe havens for coupon clipper stocks Utilities, Oils, Drugs) was a very bad idea, I wonder if the cash liquidity put in these safe havens will ever get out, make their escape, and be available to add to the market liquidity for the tech comeback as the Fed eases.
