Don't you think the loan to PG&E is a crappy one ?

A fiat money economy can only survive if there is confidence in the PAPER.

Even though the market does collapse, the US govt may eventually pump up the stock market. I do feel that the FED doesn't want to see Nasdaq to go below 2000. So no need to panic and fear at this point. IF we are American, brave, and man enough, why don't we just buy the bank stocks right now ? It is very unwise to talk down the US dollars and its economy at this point. And just in case there's an energy crisis, we still have nuclear plants for backups.
