Shorts are a very small part of the market. Further cuts could have the same impact -- a spurt followed by the return of the bear. I am more balanced now and able to benifit from upmoves. But to wish away the lack of follow through is not a good idea IMO.

Look at the volume. Pathetic! Low volume pullbacks are bullish. We had a record move on 3 billion shares to the upside. We'll barely even do 2 billion shares on the downside today.

Nothing like a little market shakeup courtesy of the Fed to make some people lose all sense of proportion. The average daily Nasdaq volume last year was around 1.6 billion, but now that we have touched the magic 3 billion mark for one day, suddenly 2.1 billion is "Pathetic!"
