sandeep, I believe this xbox is going to be a huge success. I wonder what you think. I had heard Sony makes a fortune on playstation sales. I wonder if MSFT is going to be successful in consumer. My guess is that they will be a huge success. They will finally have the freedom to do things the way they want to--just as you pointed out. I also still believe lack of success on the Pocket Pc is due to the PC makers. MSFT could have gone alone in the handheld device market---just kept is separate from the core PC biz.
