I only have the EOD version since I work full time and can't take advantage of the intra day version so don't know for sure.

I do know they offer an expensive add on that they claim will identify chart patterns. Again, it is expensive, about 700 bucks if I recall correctly. Since I am an end of day user and can take my time going through them, I can spot my own formations and didn't opt for the add on myself. Hopefully someone else can help you out.

OK, I just checked on the intraday chart which is at this hour of course static, but I think it is reasonable to assume that if the option is available it will work. I use candlesticks and it identified all the various formations. To do this you click on an expert (the little man icon) and select the expert and click attach, same as for eod.
