but I hold Kings lightly. Yes, we need to watch the Asian h.s. mfgrs very closely as they can potentially provide much downward margin pressure, regardless of the robustness of aggregate WW unit sales. Also following whether there will be a distribution shift towards user-customized h.s. units (with over the air provisioning) versus the "traditional" retail distribution mechanisms of displaying the models available, selling the airtime package, etc. There are now so many customizable features on handsets that the day may come that business models for mobiles similar to DELL's with PC's become more feasible. If this happens, there will be some disruption. (Hope it doesn't happen too soon... I get a rent check every month from a Voicestream dealer <g> ).
