TO THE THREAD:

What do you all think of Lott's capitulation to Daschle? Looks like the Dems will get equal membership, funding and co-chairman status on all senate committees? Seems to me this dooms Bush's agenda from the get go. Very discouraging. Any thoughts? How do we get these guys to act like winners??
