Lots of people are questioning this right now and that is causuing a lot of the uncertainty that have put wireless telecom (carriers and vendors) in the dumpster, along with related industries.

Don't underestimate the capacity driver in many regins of the world.

Terms of the license he just was awarded (or is about to be awarded) that require the carrier to build out X % of the network and commercialize the network within certain time frames.
