Don't underestimate the capacity driver in many regins of the world. << What other motivations would a carrier have to go 3G if consumers don't like 3G apps and vote by keeping their money in their wallet? >> Terms of the license he just was awarded (or is about to be awarded) that require the carrier to build out X % of the network and commercialize the network within certain time frames. - Eric -
