Doug--If you use P/E to value stocks, you may need to find what WCOM's P/E is. It's 10.8!!!!!!!!!! I don't like the way to use P/E to value stocks. P/E tells you the past not the future. I like to value stocks based on their growth rates. Go back to take a look on those high P/E stocks. Tell me what's their growth rate in last four quarters. Tell me what's their guided growth for next four quarters. Why do so many fools like to buy those high P/E stocks and leave those low P/E stocks become cheaper and cheaper? Ask yourself why?! Ask your friends why?! Ask your brokers why?! When you get an answer and you believe it convincing, come back to convince us to buy low P/E stocks.
