The utilities debt problem is on top of the shaky telecom situation.

I think some good shorts would be all the credit card and mortgage holders like AXP COF PVN CCR FRE FNM

only problem with shorting is the sudden spikes some of these guys get when the Fed cuts. More rate cuts are on the way. The big question - is it too late?
