I agree Richard. I just recently sold my IO-InputOut, On the seismic equipment end. Texoil looks like a good small cap. OPEC is talking production cuts. I don't know if we will see another 80's oil exploration boom, but IMO thats what its going to take again to humble their power. Little companies like Texoil, that are running small fields are getting overlooked, but benefiting.

Richard: are there any companies out there that you know of, other than big oil who are plays in coal gasification. I know Eastman Chemical has a plant. I believe its in Tenn., but its not a pure play in this field. Anybody-Are there any pure plays in public companies in coal to oil? This has to been better than oil shale. CPC and ADM never really made it big with gasahol, but coal to oil interests me. I've been out of the loop so long in energy, but Tosco rings a bell if I remember right?
