Boy, I wish they were using this in San Diego.

The city seems to have given the cable guys wholesale license to tear-up the streets - again, and again, and again. It seems non-stop. I'm seeing the same streets dug-up multiple times, for multiple cable outfits. I should take a photo of the street markings and upload it. Every couple of months, the survey crews go out and spray-paint the streets again...

Guess that is the price to be paid for being (at least as the city touts) "America's most wired city". :)
