As I have emailed to your tech department, your traces show that the router you connect to at InterNAP has been experiencing severe packet loss (56%) for over a week. This is going to cause timeouts.

Huh? You're saying the problem exists only when you're logged into SI? Hmmm, why would it happen if we were on another site? You'll pardon the asinine question, but the comment you made doesn't seem to make sense.

"However, we are still unable to determine the root cause of the session timing out."

Although there are occasional timeouts, half of the server errors I receive are instantaneous, without any timeouts. Clicking on the back button, followed by a repeat of the action that originally brought up the error seemingly clears the issue.
