I think he dusted off that copy of "The Governor's Guide to Emergency Orders" just like I though he would.

I'm curious as to what the prices of electricity have done the past few days, how many plants are operating and at what capacity.

The CNBC weather guy this morning said that the CA daily request might not be met due to slightly cooler than expected weather.
