Not much explanation- Nortel Networks (NT: news, msgs) , which makes up about 20 percent of the total market value of the TSE 300 Index, fell C$1.30 to C$47.50 while its U.S.-traded shares (NT: news, msgs) dipped $1 to $31.63 on the New York Stock Exchange. It was the third straight decline for the stock. ******************* Volume is still relatively light, it looks like the institutions and other buyers are just accumulating on any weakness and submitting bids at lower price points. I think there is a large population of money managers that are still equating NT with LU and they do not understand the business differences enough to become more aggressive and LU is such a basket case. Just my thoughts.
