Not much explanation-
Nortel Networks (NT: news, msgs) , which makes up about 20 percent of the total market value of the TSE 300 Index, fell C$1.30 to C$47.50 while its U.S.-traded shares (NT: news, msgs) dipped $1 to $31.63 on the New York Stock Exchange. It was the third straight decline for the stock.

Volume is still relatively light, it looks like the institutions and other buyers are just accumulating on any weakness and submitting bids at lower price points. I think there is a large population of money managers that are still equating NT with LU and they do not understand the business differences enough to become more aggressive and LU is such a basket case. Just my thoughts.
