Just for the record.

7-2 against the Florida SC remedy

5-4 than NO remedy could be devised (in time).

This decision doesn't even come close to Roe vs. Wade. A 5-4 decision (didn't seem to be a problem back then), where the SC invented a privacy clause that does not exist in the Constitution.

All of the reporting I saw, for example on MSNBC, said that 7 justices agreed on the equity issue.....
