Sounds like another moron who read a 6 month old reprinted barron's article and wrote it down as research. I guess this guy thinks lucent is the place to be since he upgraded them to buy concurrent with the csco downgrade. Great for his credibility.knc

MM, I heard that same thing this morning on CNBC. Does anyone have any detail on what CIBC suggests are this "tsunami" of changes, who is best positioned, and what it is CSCO is lacking to not take advantage of this supposed change? Given simultaneous downgrades of JNPR, and upgrades of LU it would seem that the analyst isn't talking about capitalizing on changes but rather talking about valuations. Or does he really believe LU is best positioned? If so, that pretty much discounts anything he says since just about everyone knows (except perhaps this analyst) that LU is doing the best imploding act of any company in recent memory. OG
