bambs... the same analyst upgraded LU. I mean.... how much credence can you put into what he has said given that... Did he detail the so called "changes"... and why he expected CSCO to miss? He goes on to talk about stock as a tool...and that CSCO can not use this any longer. Fundamentally he's trying to make a name for himself (new at CIBC) by taking a controversial position, covering all the potential bases (cuz he really doesn't know), and if he's right on one of them he's "the man". If he's wrong, no harm done. Hell, I'd do the same thing in his position, but the real question to ask yourself - based upon reading the full text of his downgrade - is does this guy really understand what he's talking about. OG
