Hadn't really considered it, but I would suspect the fill time to be the same as the system they use for routing, fixed API or something like that, is the CME routing system. TOPS is LFG's routing system...if I understand that all correctly, which I might not. The mini did not spike as much as the large this rate cut. More and more are trading it and showing a preference to electronic. The death spikes are slowing disappearing.....
