sharesighted, thanks for the tips, but can you elaborate a little more on KANA, they lost some $635 MM in the last 9 months, what was the nature of this loss? Quite huge. Also, their book value is $35/share according to Yahoo, and until tonight I will not be able to look at it in more detail, can you tell us what this consist of? It sure does not look like cash (only $1 and change per share and software companies do not have much other hard assets). Is this mostly good will from a past acquisition? Zeev
