Skeetter....

Try this:
Start-Run- "msconfig.exe" -enter.

Go see what you have loading in Autoexec and Config.sys files and uncheck anything that don't look usefull!!
Reboot see how she runs.

Next go to the Startup Tab and Uncheck the stuff you don't think you need there. Reboot..uncheck some more stuff, Reboot...etc etc...

Lastly...go try unchecking some stuff for the Win.ini tab, mainly any old programs or drivers you don't use anymore.

System.ini sections - not sure if you should mess with that.

Another thing to look at is Outlook Express...if you have a boat load of OLD mail for folders...copy them to a file and deleted them so it don't hog up memory when you load OE. I know on my work machine OE eats up a TON of memory when I load that pig full of old mail.

Right now I have 5 IE windwos open, explorer, OE, some other junk and have 50% free on an OLD OLD machine with 64MB of JAM.
