More they delay, more they loose in intrisic value of the company. They should go ahead and do the IPO or sell the technology and assets to another portal. AV is one their premier asset and they still don't know what to do w/ it.

In hind-sight, Compaq should not have sold this and should have spin-it off on the day they bought Digital. Shareholders would have benefited and would have raised more cash for Compaq to use it in acquiring Storage or other technology. Anyway, that's history.

I'm anxiously waiting for earnings on 1/23. I do predict that NAS will reach 2800 by end of this month. The earnings and slowdown have been factored in all of the stocks.

NAZ was over valued in 4000 range. It's undervalue below 3400. Hopefully, w/ AG & Fed's help at the end of the month, we will see Bulls come back and buy B2B, Optical and some core technology stocks to drive NAZ close to 3000.
