Those are other MS mail type programs.

Your autoexec has you virus scan stuff and you DOS audio drivers. If you don't need DOS based sound i think you can remove those too. I'm not sure what line 4 is.

The Config.sys, first two lines are extended memory for dos, try taking them out, see if your tax program runs. The last line is some drive space deal ...chuck it...see what happens. You can alwasy recheck it.
