Bosco: I did see it on cmgi site. Nor did I see any comments by anybody. I should have checked on the free edgar. I just printed it. I will go through it and see whether I can make some sense of it. If things are in order, I owe an apology to DW.

Bosco: Thank you for the url. I started looking at the balance sheet as of 10/31. Looks good. If you take SE and subtract all the Goodwill etc., it still leaves $700M or $2.3/shr. If cmgi does a decent job, this one should have atleast that much as a liquidation value. I believe DW will come through this intact and well. Next qs. is how well are they doing pulling the gross margins from 9% in 1Q to 20% in 2Q? Are they reducing R&D and marketing costs. I am sure cmgi is tight lipped about it right now. I do have serious interest in this company, because it has provides great oppurtunity.
