Norilk Nickel, Russia's largest producer of platinum group metals, will resume palladium exports in mid-January, from Jan. 15 to Jan 20. The pause in exports was due to a lengthy Christmas/New Year holiday, said First Deputy General Manager Dmitry Zelenin, adding that Norilk holds a 10-year palladium quota and is able to continue exports uninterrupted.
