btw...can you or anyone see any scenario in which mortgage interest rates might skyrocket in the near and/or longer term? everyone i talk to now says they are going lower and don't lock one in now.... that in itself makes me uneasy. one of the guys is a homebuilder who just bought etys at 5 and now it's.....
