Well, if he owns the building, he could do what he wants with it, but it truly is a shame... at least, the wall could have been moved to another location and kept as the artwork that it was... if they can move entire homes and enormous structures, why not a wall... there could have been a public auction, I'm sure some private group would have paid for the moving and restoration of that work.....

You know, when Van Gogh died, his mother was cleaning out his attic and saw many boxes of his unsold paintings... thinking they were all worthless and that no one would ever care enough to see them she threw them all out along with the trash..... sad, but true... often enough, this is the fate of human expression.....
