It is becoming apparent that Ms. Chavez was pushed out buy
the President. Not for any alleged violations of law, but because she was not forthcoming on the issue.

I don't have any objection to that.

Although I think that Ms. Chavez would be a good Sec. of Labor, I know how I would feel if someone put me in that kind of position, without me knowing.

Of course none of this has any thing to do with the opposition to her. Nor does any policy differences have anything to do it either.

Simply Get GWB, tear him down, at any cost, using any means necessary, is the game.

I am comforted, for lack of a better word, that this effort will not succeed. For the President is a lot smarter than he is given credit for. That is just fine with me too.

Clinton in Chicago this week thanking labor leaders whose names included some of those under investigation. You would think liberals would be mad at these folks because they hurt their members (you know, the "working people" they claim to care about) in the process of helping Clinton.
