i know...PCG chairclown was on TV too today...he already said that in case of their default, lots of counterparties would go down with them. and that's EXACTLY what's going to happen...imo ch.11 is inevitable for these companies, and the lenders and suppliers will be stiffed. a few days without electricity will then help concentrate minds a bit in California, and rates for residential customers will increase by at least 100%...that's my prediction.
