what Johnny told you to do ... close em out on the icon bar will only work that time . ... have to redo it every time you power up .... that list I gave you will alter the boot procedure so it doesn't have to be done over and over ... both are about the same thing ..... you can even drag down the System Properties thingie and put it on the LEFT side of the taskbar ....down by the Start button .... leave it there and it can be activated by a clik without going through the whole process ... that gives an easy method to check mem resourses ......
