Bosco, fact that NT is reducing people in old circuit switching ( Lucent did it recently) only confirms what WorldCom, Bell South were saying about shifting $ from old technology to packet and optics.
Capex for packet and optics was not reduced!!!!!!!

Bosco, Mr. Sagawa appears to have a personal vendetta against NT. He's an ex-Lucent employee and a long-time Lucent promoter. His comments are full of uneducated speculations with no basis. I still don't understand why he would have such hatred for NT. He's been aggressively spinning negatives on NT all these months without even acknowledging any positive on NT. He's costed investors millions and millions of dollars and lots of grief. What's going to happen to him when he turns out to be wrong? Looking more and more like his speculations for optical slowdown is falling apart. None of the optical companies has yet to warn. Now, the carrier stocks are starting to rally back strong, giving capital for investing in infrastructure. The FED is on the campaign to revive the economy. Who would dare to fight the FED? The Bush camp is speeding up the tax cut proposals, possibly making the tax cuts retrospective to beginning of 2001. I hope that NT will disprove this man on the 18th.
