The top 5 counties in Florida, (ranked by total number of ballots overvotes+undervotes) are all Democratically controlled. These 5 counties alone, represent >60% of these ballots. County Pinellas 8487 Hillsborough 9172 Broward 14622 M.-Dade 28601 Palm Bch 29702 (note the numbers may be off a little, as they were numbers gathered by AP pretty early on, but they are essentially accurate) It is also worth noting that the problem has been known for years.
