Doesn't everyone (well almost) have legitimate points. The problem is how we see the world and how we want it to be. We do not all want to live in the same world. I want a different kind of world than the folks on the right wing porch- for example. It isn't an issue of "legitimacy" it's an issue of preferences. And people on SI try to make preferences into scared law, and argue about them as if they were gospel, when they are merely inclination.
