In case some folks still haven't got the joke about
Ed Zachary Disease, the joke will make sense if they replace Ed Zachary with EXACTLY. The originator of the joke was evidently poking fun at the way some so-called
"Chinamen" speak English ---- pronouncing Rs as Ls and vice versa and E'XACT'LY as Ed Zach'a'ry.

BTW, comic books show many Japanese saying "Rots of Ruck" when they mean to say "Lots of Luck".
