You might want to ask what is going on with their prices. Lego Studios (Steven Spielberg) 62.99 Check out the price at Amazon. Diablo II 11.99 Jam Cam 3.0 23.99 You can get it free after rebate Lego Mindstorms Vision Command 23.99 And the list goes on. Quite spectacular prices if you are a shopper but bad news for a shareholder.

With a brand name like E-Toys with hundreds of thousands of customers, a major toy company like Mattel sounds like a good fit... They have synergy... They could cross promote... An infusion of money would allow them to keep all of their state of the art fulfillment centers open... I ordered several times from them... No complaints... They know how to fill orders... They don't need an Amazon.com to do it for them... So, where there's smoke there's fire... Something's cooking... Jim
