Feb 3 is the next date for a phase change and should approximate a high before the rightmost third into the end of February. Dec 20 was the end date of the prior 10 weeks and the prior one was Oct 11. Bias is down since we're also once again in the backend of a 20-week cycle. Each cycle anchored at last May's syncronized low across the Dow, Otc, and S&P 500.

Since Midsummer 2000, the inflection points in the market have all been coincident with changes of political fortune on the national level. Bush may have a brief honeymoon, during which the market will at least remain stable. I think that in March we will see a resumption of the downtrend. OCICBW.
