Alan, I just got (another) acct approved I'll check right now and let you know OpusX edit: Alan, can't get it to work right now it's my third account but I think I should have renamed something when I was just downloading the workstation. I will have to call them next week to figure it out, if I do figure out something I'll let you know.

Finished my first day trading the IB account. The executions were fine, except for a short sale that I was sure I had lifted before execution (it was INCA). After another trade, I noticed it was active. Turned out to be the more profitable trade of the day. Go figure. I don't understand the CONTRACT column next to the account. Its supposed to show open positions right? A few times, old position "stuck" there and I had to remove them with the delete key. Is this the only way you know if anything is still active? It's a pain to try to match up all the buys and sells when there is no simple portfolio function. Alan
