Here is the type of grill we use described in the link below. There is no exposed flame so nothing ever burns but you can get flavored chips of several kinds of smoke flavors if you want the smokey flavor. These grills are wonderful for barbeque! hollandgrill.com ALso does anyone have one of those Showtime Rotisseries? I absolutely love mine. All roasts come out nicely seared on the outside and juicy as heck on the inside. Set it and forget it!!!!! That's my style! LOL
