Why do the lefties excuse criminal behavior ?

But what were the real effects of Clinton's irresponsible acts ?

How did the Lewinsky affair affect the Mid-East peace process? How do you think Arafat felt when he found out he was kept waiting while Clinton was getting a blow job? Consider this: Ziad Abu Amr, a Palestinian lawmaker and political scientist, said,

"Before the scandal, at least [Clinton] had some credibility. He could send an envoy or secretary of state and people would take it seriously. At this point I don't think he can be taken seriously. He has no ability to do anything about the peace process. It's not even a realistic option." Washington Post, September 1998.

Ms. Lewinsky has also testified that Clinton told her that a foreign embassy had tapped her phone line. Was this the Mossad? What did they do with that information? Were they blackmailing Clinton? The Mossad connection of course has been denied. I don’t know. No one does and may never know. But the possibility is very real and the ramifications disturbing.

Lets not pretend that his sexual irresponsibility does not have a significant ramifications for our nation or others. Stop excusing it.

"He perjured, obstructed and misused his office"> to cover up a blow job
As I recall, he lied because he was trying to mislead a jury in a civil suit against him. He was trying to avoid the embarassment and monetary damages that would result from losing that suit. Just like some scumbag who swindled you and lied in court.

"He paid an $850,000 penalty and a $90,000 fine"> because he covered up a blow job.
He was fined for lying to a jury.

"we both know it was not the blow job but the perjury, obstruction and misuse of the Courts and his office (to cover up the blow job) which led to the impeachment and will result in his indictment."
Yup.

This morning on a radio talk show a man called in to report something he overheard in an Oldtown San Diego restaurant two years ago. He found himself sitting at a table next to Paula Jones and her press entourage. They were laughing about all the financial backing they had and thought that it was so funny that many Republican fools around the country believed anything Paula said about Clinton. They were so happy that Paula had hooked up with her backers cause they were all getting rich over a a big bunch of lies.

Since the independent counsel couldn't "get" the CLinton's on any truly legitimate matter I often thought they would have to "get" him on something that would separate him from the use of Hillary's law brain. The womanizing was the obvious conclusion. How could any man be openly honest about that part of his life under the circumstances. It was common knowledge that "women" would be where the Republicans would "get" Bill Clinton. Unfortunately for the Republicans, their game of "gotcha" didn't keep CLinton from being elected.

Now it's Resident Bush's turn to take the chair in the center of the circle and it'll be fun uncovering all his little dirties!!!!! LOL It'll start right after he takes the Oaf of Office!
