Thanks Earlie, I agree with your points, however in today's market environment if YHOO drops any more, buyers will appear from every corner to get their share of it. There is a lot of money on the sidelines right now looking for a home, also there are a lot of shorts that will be covered. I'm still feeling the pain of 2000 but 01 started with a rate cut and a sentiment change that will help bring the markets back to Q4 of 1999 levels quickly. Pierre
