Let the poor farmers own their land and results will follow Once China enter into WTO, lots of things will be changed. Farmers could own lands. Actually, people are owning properties and pieces of lands nowadays in China .... unlike 30-40 years ago. Stock markets are going to be established everywhere. And if you can say there exists freedom thru slavery, then there certainly exists reform thru prosperity. Just let the WTO to work it out in China. But if you practice the religious of Maoist socialism, you're just fine and can receive your just reward. Well, at least people do not worship a lively god and study his holy creeds in a religious and ritual way. Just don't mess up communism with religion. I don't see both can be interpreted in the same way. The govt has already been opened and will continue to be opened more or more from the South onward to the heart land. And people in China are already confused by all kinds of isms. They just want to make money and live a good life. Be patient with the current reform. Money can reform anything. So with a record like that, why does China have anything to fear from the US, or even Britain? With all kinds of fundamentalists sitting out there ready to arm against China or US, we got to be scared somewhat. regards, Q
