Bombardier has two classes of shares. BBD.A are multiple votes shares and BBD.B are "actions subalternes in French" with only one vote right by share. I think that US exchanges don't allow for this kind of shares and Bombardier might restructure his capital to apply to these exchanges. Does someone know the e-mail address of Bombardier's Investors Relations?
