in the next couple of years, yes. Japan is economically out of sync with the US by about 10 years (since the beginning of this century in fact). so their market peaked 10 years earlier, and will likely also bottom 10 years earlier, which would tentatively suggest sometime between 2002-2008.
unless the US bubble re-inflates, which would drag things out, as the patient's life support would be turned back on.
