indulge in large talk about budget cuts that they haven't the political will to implement I'd have the will to implement them, but of course I have no power to do so, and I might not have the power to do so even if I was a leader in congress or the president.

Thank you, you have just proved my belief that it is impossible to have a discussion here without personal insults being thrown at me. OK, let's try this. Why do liberals always feel the need to attack the person they disagree with rather than have a civilized discussion where people can disagree without being disagreeable. I notice this trait as being much more prevalent with liberals than it is with conservatives and moderates, which is what I consider myself to be. Let's see if you liberals can actually discuss this without hurling insults. Is it possible? I doubt it.
