If you had the power to implement them and wanted to keep that power, you would probably not implement them. If I did not push to implment them it would only be because I thought the push would be doomed anyway, or because I thought the short term action would prevent possible future better changes that I might be able to implement. Really I couldn't be a politician because I wouldn't be any good at talking out of both sides of my mouth and thowing money at constituencies to appease them. Tim
