. Hatred, greed, lust for power, curruption, none of these things where created by religion. The church did not cause it to happen nor did they "allow" it to happen because they do not have the power to stop it. If you include smaller more isolated incendents no one has the power to stop it. LOL !! so the hatred in Northern Ireland is caused by.... the Fascist in South America killed Indians because of... the Inquisition killed heretics because.... the Balkans region has been the center of love sharing for what 300 years ? The middle east people are killing eachother because ... what ? they love each other ? hmmm if they did, why don't they divide Jerusalem in 4 cities... ? no doubt is because of LOVE sooner or later the "pretext" to "convert" is part of the "friendly persuasion" practiced all over the world i say bull... LOL !!! yes of course you accept the inquisition because it was a they received DIRECT orders from Rome and the Spanish Crown... how can it be dennied... Today... if the POPE says... no contraceptives for the people.... that statement is LAW for many, the inquisition does not exists because it was outlawed
