EXDS recommended from $14+ to $17 now in the $24's and beaten down from the $36 hit after its inclusion into the Nasdaq 100. I am sure some of you (like Lane) remember my alert followed by that incredible 9 point run-up in 30 minutes a while back. Well, the stock tanked after that on no real news (sounds like ELNT a bit, huh?). However, unlike ELNT this is less of a sure thing because they plug potential profits back into the infrastructure buildup and show losses. The good news is that the Web Hosting industry is predicted to grow 4 to 10 fold (depending on who you believe, Gartner, Forrester Research, etc.) over the next 2-4 years and EXDS is the leader. I want to buy more on dips but its not dipping lately.

PS- KEM still sports a PE around 6 and seems like a sane bet. Looking for others.
