Did you find any value, at all, to our military missions to that part of the world? Regarding Somalia: You are saying that it is OK for a defeated President to start a new, unexpected, badly planned, and unjustified military mission, a few weeks before a newly elected President comes into office?! It made no sense, and I will always question Poppa Bush's motivations for doing that. Was it OK for a politician to start that unjustified military mission, as long as it wasn't your blood staining the ground over in Somalia?
