Power consumption is probably a bigger problem than anything else. California just declared state of emergency due to blackouts. I wonder how these frequent blackouts will affect Silicon Valley companies including JNPR. They may not do the manufacturing in the Valley, but their brains are here. If the employees and managers have to go home due to blackouts, the quarterly earnings will be affected. And this is not something Greenspan can help by lowering rates. This can also stall Nasdaq's rally.
